Content Characters must contain visible traits of multiple species. Bright colors alone do not count unless they are in a pattern that can be attributed to a different species than the character's body type indicates. Some "light" fetishes may be allowed into the group. This means that while things like bondage and feeding/inflation will not be allowed, handcuffs and fat furs may still appear in the gallery.
Quality We're going to try to limit judging the skills of individual artists, but please don't submit sloppy images, incomplete sketches, "dump" images, or fuzzy photos. Images do not have to be inked or colored, but they should be able to be called complete as they are.
Submission Approval All submissions are subject to approval. Mods may ask questions about the image before it is accepted. All rejections should be explained. If a character is rejected that has previously been accepted, please let us know!
Hallo Hybrid Anthro~ Hope we're all well this merry evening. I have a question to th'members!
So far I have been accepting pictures of "tailmouth" characters - Well, ones that say that they are tailmouth/another animal. But I'm having a bit of trouble in the department of whether they actually count as hybrid anthro.
Tailmouths, as far as I can see, are just regular anthros with a mouth that has a tail. I understand that they're their own species, but would this fall along the lines of "angelic wolf" or "demonic cat" which we don't currently accept? "Tailmouthed tiger"?
I fully accept fantasy/mythology creatures into the group, so a gryphon/dragon anthro example would be fine by me, but do the tailmouths fall under the fantasy category?
Hallo there! :3 What you ask is a difficult question to answer! Because in our rules we do list that demonic or angelic anthros don't often count as hybrid, but yours is a little different because it does seem to be a direct mix of harpy and demon; harpies are, in a sense, hybrids between animals/humans but demons aren't really animals or beasts, they're more akin to ghosts or goblins, so it's a pretty hard call. If it was harpy and bull or harpy and even minotaur I'd have an easier time because that would be two animal/human hybrids mixed together.
Well, can I ask why you didn't include the image in the anthro section yourself?
